A central coolant management plant for water based cutting coolants. The system includes a built-in 3-phase lamella separator for separation of tramp oil, graphite and other solid particles out of the coolant.
A coolant management system for purification of water based cutting coolants. The unit separates tramp oil and solid particles out of cutting coolant. The unit runs automatically 24/7 and can serve up to 20 machining centers.
This central coolant management system is similar with the Bison unit, but it has a smaller capacity. The Mustang is suitable for serving up to 10 machining centers. Compact design requiring a minimum of floor space.
The grinding fluid flows in to the return tank. When the fluid rises to a preset level, the submersible vortex pump starts and pumps the fluid to the coolant management system for a certain amount of time so that the tank is completely emptied.
