Clarificator (VXKL-P)

Clarificator is a lamella separator with 2 phase separation (fluid and particles) for purification of oxide layer on steel in pickling operations. Clarificator separates hydrocloric chrystals and metal particles from pickling baths. The pickling fluids normally consist of sulphuric acid, hydrocloric acid or a mixture of nitric acid and fluorid hydrogen acid, depending on the materials to be pickled.
The separator is manufactured in mild steel and coated with polypropylene (PP) plastic. The separator is manufactured to comply with customers specifications.
